MAZEFALL

Privacy and legal

The short version: I keep your email only if you give it to me, I use it only to tell you about the beta and the release, and you can leave whenever you want.

Who runs this site

Maxence, the solo developer of MazeFall. Contact: [email protected].

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

The beta waitlist

  • What I keep. Your email and the date you signed up. If you fill them in: your TikTok username, whether you'd play on Windows or Mac, and whether you'd play with friends.
  • Why. To tell you when a beta test opens, to choose testers, and to tell you when the game releases. Nothing else. Your data is never sold or shared.
  • Legal basis. Your consent. You can take it back at any time.
  • How long. Until you ask to leave the list, and at most three years after your last contact with me.
  • Where. In a database hosted by Cloudflare and located in the European Union. An anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you send the form. Cloudflare is a US company: when data leaves Europe, it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
  • Age. You must be 15 or older. If you're younger, sign up with a parent.
  • Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or leave the list: write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

TikTok comments on the roadmap

The roadmap quotes public comments left on @maxf__'s TikTok videos, with the username and a link to the video. Want yours removed? Write to [email protected] or tell me under any video.

Your ideas

I read every idea left in the comments, and some of them end up in the game. If you post an idea, I may use it in MazeFall, as it is or changed, for free.

Cookies and tracking

No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies. The roadmap remembers the last tab you opened and the TikTok username you typed, in your own browser only. Cloudflare may store a strictly technical item in your browser for the anti-bot check and for security.
